To get started with GEOMEM, simply download our app from the App Store or Google Play Store, or visit our website. Create an account, and you can start pinning locations, customizing pins with descriptions and images, and exploring the world through your personalized map.
3. Can I create multiple maps in GEOMEM?
Currently, in Phase 1, you can create and customize a single map with multiple pins. We are working on the feature to create and manage multiple maps, which will be available in a future update.
4. How do I share my maps with others?
In current phase, you can't share your individual maps with others. Currently you can export your pins and share them with friends and fellow explorers as an archive.
5. What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and if you have an account with us, you will receive a password reset link via email.
6. Is my data secure with GEOMEM?
We take data security very seriously at GEOMEM. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal information and implement strong access controls to prevent unauthorized access.
