By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize GEOMEM to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices and features of the subscription plans may change, and you will be notified of any changes in advance.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
